Amit Urban

Amit grew up in a family of real estate professionals and early on he saw how smart investing has helped people generate wealth and help them to live the way they dreamed. Now, as a real estate professional for over ten years, he works with rental property owners and investors to help them maximize their return potential, guide them through regulations, and build a plan to help achieve their economic and lifestyle objectives. Navigating the complexity of a 1031 Exchange can be a real burden and leave investors unsure if their investment will help lead to the future they imagine. Too often people lack the right information, struggle to find replacement properties, or aren’t able to fully capitalize on their existing assets. Amit assists his clients by providing clarity on the process and the available options while considering estate planning, retirement, and tax issues. Amit’s prior work experience includes shopping mall development in China, mobile analytics, and strategy management consulting. Amit also has extensive commercial real estate experience working for advisory firms such as Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle. Amit is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California and has successfully obtained his Series 22 (Direct Participation) and 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law) securities licenses. Amit graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles and speaks Chinese and Hebrew.
