In 2021 we all endured and persevered through the second year of a life-changing pandemic. Despite the challenges we all confronted, our Fortitude team is positive looking ahead and is optimistic the economy will stay on its strong recovery course.1 We also believe there are many reasons to think the stock market has a lot more life in it following last year’s strong performance.2 The commercial real estate landscape should continue to appeal to investment property owners, particularly those interested in passive real estate offerings.
