To our Valued Clients and Partners,

As we are now well into a brand new year, we want to thank you for the confidence you have placed in our team at Fortitude Investment Group and for allowing us to help you achieve your financial goals and assist with your investment real estate needs.

In 2021 we all endured and persevered through the second year of a life-changing pandemic. Despite the challenges we all confronted, our Fortitude team is positive looking ahead and is optimistic the economy will stay on its strong recovery course.1

We also believe there are many reasons to think the stock market has a lot more life in it following last year’s strong performance.2 The commercial real estate landscape should continue to appeal to investment property owners, particularly those interested in passive real estate offerings.

Perhaps the best news for this year is that the 1031 exchange appears to have survived months of policy debate and new legislation proposed by congress in 2020, preserving a 100-year-old investment strategy that we believe is one of the best approaches to wealth preservation ever made available to investors.

We are excited about our plans for growth at Fortitude especially, as we are adding talented advisors and representatives across the country to support our clients with their financial needs as well as their investment real estate requirements.

We are also thrilled to introduce you to our newly updated investment site, www.FortitudeInvestments.com, where you can learn more about the services we offer.

Here’s to making 2022 your best year yet. We look forward to being with you along the way!

Best regards,

Fortitude Investment Group
